Do not fit well? ordered wrong color, or wrong shoe styles? No problem, although our products are mostly custom handmade, but we still accept exchanges. We know it is important that you feel great about your shoes when wearing, we will work very closely with you to ensure the correct shoes created for you, and to ensure you're 100% satisfied. We do have our internal exchange policies, it is important that you read the following.
- Exchanges are accepted with written notification within 14 days after you received the items.
- All shoes sent back should be Unworn, or the exchange will not be honored.
- Buyers are responsible for the returning exchange shoes shipping cost.
- EXCHANGE PROCEDURES (We have simplified the exchange method)
- Send e-mail to email@example.com Providing written notice including your order number, reason for exchange and new shoe requirements.
- Ship the shoes to the address below. Make sure to include a note in the box stating your order number and brief note on exchange requirements.
- We receive the shoes and start the remaking process. It usually takes the same processing time as regular items.
- Please notify us should the new shoes are Urgently needed.
