RETURNS (Non-custom made products)

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn or defective merchandise within 15 days after you have received your item(s) for a full refund. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.

Return Instructions: 

  • Pack your return item(s) securely in its original packaging.
  • Properly mark your packing slip with the item(s) being returned, indicating the reason for your return, and include it in your package.
  • If you don't have your packing slip, you can insert a copy of your order confirmation email or provide us with the following information: Name, Address, Order Number, Item Description, and specifically indicate the reason for the return.

All returns will be refunded within 7 days after we receive your returned package. Refunds for eligible returns will be applied according to the original form of payment. Depending on the type of payment method, once the refund has been issued, it will take approximately 1-5 business days to credit on your statement.

Return Shipping:

We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels. We ask that you please ship using your local Post Office. You will be refunded the original price of the item, in addition, a $6.50 USD credit will be applied to compensate for the return shipping.

RETURNS (Custom-Made Products):

We accept handmade product returns (excluding personalized products). You may return your unworn handmade merchandise within 15 days after you receive your item(s) for a full refund. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted. Please refer to the instructions above for return procedures. 

Personalized Merchandise (such as title shoes or purses):
All personalized products are NON-refundable. If you receive a defective product, please contact us for an exchange or repair services.  

EXCHANGES (all merchandise):

Starting July 1st, 2017, to speed up your new merchandise arrival, we have stopped our exchange policy.  We require you to return the original item(s) for return and make a new purchase. 
1.  Please RETURN your original item for full refund (see above return procedures).
2.  Please purchase your new shoes at and start a new order.
Worn items that are returned will NOT have their refunds processed.
