RETURNS (non-custom made products)

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn or defective merchandise within 15 days after you received your item(s) for a full refund. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.

Return instructions: 

  • Pack your return securely in the item's original packaging.
  • Properly mark your packing slip with the item(s) being returned, indicating the reason for your return, and include it in your package.
  • If you don't have your packing slip, you can insert a copy of your order confirmation email or provide us with the following information:  Name, Address, Order Number,, Item(s) being returned and the reason why.

All returns will be refunded within 7 days after we receive your returned package.  Refunds for eligible returns are applied according to the original form of payment. Depending on type of payment methods, once refund issued, it will take 1-5 business days to reverse on your statement.

Return shipping  

We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels, please ship using your local Post Office and we'll compensate by deducting $6.50 per order from your refund for postage.

RETURNS (Custom-made products) 

We accept handmade product returns (except personalized products).  You may return your unworn handmade merchandising 15 days after you received your item(s) for a full refund.  Returns after 15 days will not be accepted. Return instructions please see above returning procedures 

Personalized merchandise (such as title shoes, purses)
All personalized products are NON-refundable.  If you received a defective product, please contact us for exchange or repair.  

EXCHANGES (all merchandises) 

Starting July 1st, 2017, to speed up your new merchandise arrival, we have stopped our exchange policy.  We require you to return the your original item(s) for return and purchase the new shoes you wish to exchange to.  
1.  Please RETURN your original item for full refund (see above return instructions).
2.  Please purchase your new shoes at and start a new order.
For those try to return WORN items, we will not offer refunds.  Your returned item(s) may not be sent back to you, we may keep the worn items for proof of your return violation when we deal with your bank merchant. Do not return worn items.
