The shoes weren't what you were looking for? The delivery was late for your special event? Or for all other reasons, if you decided that you need to return the item for refund, no problem! We accept returns although our products are custom handmade, in order to avoid certain customers buy & return unusual shopping habits, we do ask our customers to shop responsibly, as soon as you place the order, one of our technician will be spending 1-2 days on your shoes. Therefore we do ask customers to bare a 15% re-stocking fee on all custom handmade products when return for refund. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
- Returns are accepted with written notification within 14 days after you received the items.
- Shoes sent back for refund should be Unworn and in original condition, otherwise the refund will NOT be honored.
- Buyers are responsible for returning shoes shipping cost.
- RETURN PROCEDURES
- Send e-mail to email@example.com Providing written notice including your order reference number, reason for return.
- Ship the shoes to the address below. Make sure to include a note in the box stating your original order number and reseason for returning.
- All handmade products refunding require re-stocking fee of 15% of purchase price.
- We receive the items, we'll start the refund process,
- Please note your final refund amount will deduct re-stocking fees & original shipping fees.
- Depending on your original source of payment, usually refund takes 4-7 business days to appear on your statement. It is common that it the amount may appear on your statement more than 7 days. If that happens please contact your card issuing bank.
